Patrick Duffy Former Contributor

Patrick S. Duffy is a freelance data journalist. A long-time economics and market research advisor to home builders and real estate developers, Patrick has written for the Los Angeles Times, Inman News and Builder and Developer magazine, and presented at IBS and PCBC. Patrick graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a B.A. in economics and a minor in communications, and has taken additional coursework at UCLA and MIT in writing and economics.
