What is Clickit Realty?
Clickit Realty is a flat fee multiple listing service (FFMLS) company that can put you on your local MLS along with major real estate sites like Zillow for about $300–400. It’s available nationwide and offers two additional premium plans to FSBO sellers in Georgia and North Carolina.
Key takeaways
- We rate it 4.5/5
- Affordable prices and essential services
- Full Service plan is the best value
Bottom line: Is Clickit Realty worth it?
Yes, Clickit Realty is worth it if you’re confident you can sell your home on your own. Most Clickit customers weren’t dissatisfied with the company’s platform but rather with the FSBO process itself. (Learn more about our methodology.)
Quality of service
Both standard plans (Silver and Gold) offer everything FSBO sellers need to properly list and market their homes. The only potential downside is that Silver allows you to post only six photos. In Georgia and North Carolina, you can also choose between two premium plans (Platinum and Full Service), which offer valuable services but may not be necessary for experienced sellers.
Marketing
Both Silver and Gold will give you maximum visibility on a local MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and dozens of other real estate websites. The Gold plan or above will get you some social media marketing, too, and priority placement on Realtor.com.
Cost
Both Silver ($299) and Gold ($399) are fairly priced. Full Service ($995) is one of the lowest prices we’ve seen for a package that includes assistance from a licensed realtor. Platinum ($599) is a little expensive for a plan that doesn’t include professional photography and video tours.
Customer experience
Most of Clickit’s customers were very satisfied with the company’s seller platform (its software) and its customer service team. There were some complaints that customer service was slow to respond to questions or rude when answering them. Most negative reviews expressed frustrations over FSBO selling in general, not Clickit’s platform or process.
User friendliness
The platform is super easy to get used to. The steps to put your home on the MLS are broken into easy steps that make it less overwhelming to list your home. The only downside is there’s a lot of information about home selling, so first-time FSBO sellers could use some outside help.

Quality of service
What we like: | Possible drawbacks: |
---|---|
– Plenty of essential services – Realtor assistance in Full Service plan | – Basic plan comes with only 6 photos |
When it comes to services, Clickit Realty doesn’t disappoint. Both Silver and Gold plans come with the basic services FSBO sellers need to sell their homes: 6 to 12 months on an MLS, property listings on all the major real estate sites (such as Zillow and Trulia), free unlimited changes to your listing, and a comparative market analysis (CMA).
You’ll also get state contracts and disclosures to use during your sale. Gold purchasers can add a virtual tour to their listing (they have to film it themselves), and Clickit will pay for a Realtor.com showcase, which automatically places your listing higher on that site’s listing page.
One major drawback to the Silver plan is the number of photos: you’re allowed 6 photos (3 if you’re selling in Georgia or North Carolina), whereas Gold allows 25. You can add 5 photos for $50 to any plan. But, depending on the number of photos you need, it might make more sense to get Gold.
Gold and Silver both offer add-ons such as professional photography, marketing to renters, and home warranty. You’ll pay extra for these services, but that may be worth it unless you can find better rates yourself. Things like a yard sign and combination lockbox are overpriced, though, so you’re better off buying these yourself.
Georgia and North Carolina
Sellers in both Georgia and North Carolina have two extra plans they can choose from: Platinum ($599) and Full Service ($995). In addition to all the basic services listed under Silver and Gold, the premium plans provide a lock, e-signature support, brochure box, open house ads, and social media marketing.
Full Service also offers assistance from a realtor in writing offers, contracts, and conducting negotiations, as well as scheduling meetings with buyers agents. Of these two plans, Full Service is the only one we would truly recommend. That’s because $995 is one of the lowest prices we’ve seen for a plan that includes help from a licensed agent
However, other FSBO websites offer comparable plans with professional photography included. You can add professional photography to any package for $250, but if you’d like it included without paying extra, you might want to check out other FFMLS companies first.
Marketing (how it works)
What we like: | Possible drawbacks: |
---|---|
– MLS listing + Zillow – Property listed on national and local websites | – No social media marketing for Silver |
Clickit Realty will give your listing maximum exposure. In fact, they give you the same visibility as a real estate agent would.
You’ll be listed on your local MLS. Your property will also be syndicated across all the major listing sites, like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia. On top of that, Clickit will distribute your property listing to local and national real estate sites, such as RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and Century 21.
Each plan comes with basic marketing materials, such as flyers and yard signs. Gold plans and above include some forms of social media marketing and a showcase on Realtor.com. The showcase will place your property listing higher in search results and on Realtor.com’s listing page.
Cost
What we like: | Possible drawbacks: |
---|---|
– Basic plans are affordable – Gold comes with CMA – Full Service is low-priced | – Only 6 photos allowed – No professional photography included |
The costs for both Silver ($299) and Gold ($399) are decent when compared with other FFMLS companies.
Admittedly, the price for Silver is a bit deceptive. Unless you’re sure you can sell your home with six photos (the maximum you can post with that plan), you’ll likely want to buy at least another five photos ($50). Those who want more will be better off buying Gold at $399.
Even so, $399 for Gold is reasonable, especially since it comes with a comparative market analysis (CMA). A CMA will do some legwork in helping you price your home correctly. Other flat fee listing services charge extra money for a CMA, though their basic plans are a bit cheaper as a result.
For first-time FSBO sellers in Georgia and North Carolina, Full Service is an excellent deal. For $995, a licensed REALTOR will help you:
Technically, you can schedule appointments, write an offer, and negotiate yourself. But if you want an expert to guide you — to save time and avoid errors — it can be worth the premium price.

What we like: | Possible drawbacks: |
---|---|
– No major red flags – Customers like seller platform | – Slow customer service team – Dissatisfaction with FSBO process |
Customers who left reviews of Clickit Realty on Google were generally satisfied with their experience. All in all, the company has a 4.1 star rating on Google based on 65 reviews.
There were, however, some negative reviews. Some clients were dissatisfied with the licensed Realtor assigned to them under the Full-Service plan. Others complained that the customer service team wasn’t quick to respond to questions, or, when they did, were rude and lacked professionalism. Still others were upset that they had to pay the commission for the buyers agent, even though they weren’t working with a listing agent themselves.
We decided to dig a little deeper and run these reviews through an AI program that identifies emotional language. Here are some themes we noticed:
Positive | Negative |
---|---|
– Home selling experience – Responsiveness – Professionalism | – Customer service – Advertising – Fees |
These themes correspond to what we saw in the reviews themselves. It’s important to note that some reviewers were both very pleased with the FSBO selling experience, while others got burned out and ended up hiring a licensed real estate agent as a result.
On the BBB, Clickit Realty has three out of five stars based on 4 reviews, but no complaints. There are two one-star reviews and both leave complaints on the customer service team and pricing system.
User friendliness
What we like: | Possible drawbacks: |
---|---|
– Easy-to-use platform – Intuitive listing process | – No FSBO selling resources – No explainers |
The seller dashboard is pretty simple to use. Once you give some basic information on your property, you’ll be taken to the main platform:
From here, you can complete your listing by choosing your plan and getting in touch with your listing broker. You’ll supply information to them about your home, and they’ll use it to populate empty blanks on the MLS.
Next steps
If you’re determined to sell your home FSBO, Clickit Realty might be a good service to try. Those with plenty of FSBO experience should have no problems selling their home under the Silver or Gold plans. If you’re a first-timer (and you live in Georgia or North Carolina), the Full-Service could offer you some much-need assistance with negotiating and closing.
Those who are on the fence about FSBO might be better off enlisting the services of a low-commission real estate company. These companies can connect you with a licensed real estate agent for a discount commission rate (usually 1.5–2%).

Methodology
We evaluated the value and quality of FFMLS and FSBO listing services based on five core criteria.
Quality of service
FFMLS companies should provide basic services, including:
- Listing to your local MLS
- Pushing listings to sites like Zillow and Trulia
- Maximum allowable photos
- Unlimited free listing changes
- Keeping a listing active until you cancel or close on your home
We noted add-on services that actually help you sell and manage your sale, like professional photography or an online dashboard. We didn’t give credit for fluffy offerings, such as video tours that are just photo montages or listings on Craigslist.
Marketing
We assessed how each company’s services actually makes your listing visible to buyers, compared with the MLS, which is the baseline. Additional marketing services (via social media, digital ads, etc.) count to higher visibility, as does the company’s website traffic.
Cost
We compared pricing tiers for services with baseline national averages and other brands.
Customer experience
Our evaluation…
- Aggregated customer reviews from across the web and created a weighted average rating
- Ran reviews through a sentiment analysis program to identify key themes
- Checked for complaints with the Better Business Bureau
User friendliness
We checked how easy the company app or portal was to use, and how easy it was to upload and manage the listing.
