Should I work with Agent Pronto?
Agent Pronto isn’t worth your time. There’s spotty customer service, no quality control, and zero cost savings (you’ll pay the standard 2.5–3% listing fee). You can get better results and value elsewhere.

How does Agent Pronto work?
- Sign up for Agent Pronto on its website by submitting a form with a few simple questions, such as where you’re looking to buy or sell, the type of property you’re buying or selling, your budget or estimated home value, and your contact information.
- Within a few minutes, an Agent Pronto concierge will reach out via phone and email to introduce themselves and the service. They’ll also gather additional information if needed, such as your selling timeline.
- You’ll get an email with 1–2 matches within four hours. The email includes a link to a customer dashboard where you can view additional information about your agent matches, such as their contact information and specialties. It also includes a brief introduction written by the agent.
- Review your initial matches, and decide whether to request an additional agent match, reach out to agents to schedule interviews, or walk away if you don’t like any of the agents.
- If you hire an Agent Pronto agent, you’ll sign a listing agreement, and concierges will check in from time to time to ensure your transaction is progressing smoothly.
How much does Agent Pronto cost?
Agent Pronto is free for home buyers and sellers — all agent matching services are.

Our testers found the UpNest customer dashboard intuitive and helpful, and agent matches arrived within an hour. The matches were generally solid, with real estate agents having good track records and experience based on the information we submitted.

Agent Pronto’s dashboard features contact information, a handful of specialties (if relevant), and an introductory paragraph written by the agent. Though it’s not ideal, it is a step above some alternative agent matching services that don’t have a dashboard and simply provide agent names via text (MyAgentFinder, for example).
Other services, such as UpNest and HomeLight, give customers much more detailed information to help guide their choice and save time, such as:
- Number and locations of recent sales
- Sales statistics like average days on market and list price accuracy
- An itemized list of services included, such as home staging and drone photography
If you choose to use Agent Pronto, you’ll have to do some independent research elsewhere to find important performance data for your matches.
