ISoldMyHouse.com is a nationwide flat fee MLS company offering two listing packages: Get LISTED and Get SOLD. Both plans include a six-month MLS listing and exposure on sites like Zillow and Trulia.

Get LISTED costs $299 and allows 6–10 photos, depending on the state. Get SOLD includes everything in the basic package but lets you add up to 25 photos or the MLS maximum. However, the service is fairly bare-bones, with no pricing support, negotiation help, or premium upgrades.

The platform also offers referrals to partner agents or cash buyers if you decide FSBO isn’t the right fit.

While ISoldMyHouse.com is simple and easy to use, it’s not the most affordable or robust option. If you want more guidance and still want to save, you may be better off with a low-commission real estate agent.

ISoldMyHouse.com pros and cons

ISoldMyHouse.com provides a straightforward service for a price comparable to its competitors, but few things put it ahead of the competition.

Pros

  • Easy-to-use service
  • Big savings on real estate agent commission
  • Maximum number of photos included in Get SOLD plan

Cons

  • Limited add-on options
  • Not the cheapest
  • No refunds

Is ISoldMyHouse.com legit?

Yes, ISoldMyHouse.com has been a real estate FSBO website since 1997. The owner, Kris Lippi, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and real estate broker who also owns Get LISTED Realty.

Get LISTED Realty provides real estate services to customers of ISoldMyHouse.com in Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. It has broker-to-broker partner agreements in all other states to connect you with an agent that will get you on the MLS.

ISoldMyHouse.com’s website also includes many free educational resources, including guides, how-tos, checklists, product recommendations, and more.

Should I sell my home with ISoldMyHouse.com?

If you’re familiar with the home-selling process but are new to the process of selling a house without a realtor, ISoldMyHouse.com is a good option. It’s simple and easy to use, and the pricing is fair.

That said, if you're a seasoned FSBO seller, you might look for alternatives that are cheaper or have more add-ons. If you’re an inexperienced seller, you probably want more support than ISoldMyHouse.com offers in its flat fee MLS packages.

Consider working with a discount broker like Clever Real Estate if you want more support selling your home while still maintaining great savings. Clever matches you with top-performing agents in your area who charge just 1.5% in listing fees.

How does ISoldMyHouse.com compare to top competitors?

Like other flat fee MLS services, ISoldMyHouse.com offers multiple packages to list your home on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and elsewhere. It probably won't be the cheapest option in most states — especially in minimum service states where additional fees may be required.

HomeZu's Basic plan offers a straightforward approach with essentials like a six-month listing and ample photo space for a flat fee, ideal for sellers who prefer simplicity. While it's pricier than some competitors, including lead forwarding and easy cancellation add value. However, the one-plan-fits-all approach in most states and commission sharing might not suit everyone, especially those looking for more options or to keep costs low.

Pros

  • High photo limit
  • Lead forwarding included
  • Free cancellation

Cons

  • Pricier basic plan
  • Commission sharing

MLS Listing/Basic Plan: $399 upfront + 0.1% at closing

  • 6-month MLS listing
  • 25 photos
  • Free listing changes
  • Lead forwarding
  • Phone and email support
  • Disclosure forms

Note: In a handful of states, HomeZu offers premium packages with a contract review or full broker support. Services and pricing vary by state, but these packages generally costs $700–999. Contact HomeZu directly to see if premium packages are available in your area.

HomeZu reviews are largely positive, with users commending its straightforward, easy-to-use platform and responsive customer support.

Many users highlight significant savings on fees and the advantage of managing their real estate transactions with confidence, thanks to HomeZu's guidance. While the service demands a degree of self-reliance in handling sales, customers value the platform's efficiency in facilitating quick sales and offering substantial cost savings.

Reviews

Flat Fee Group is great for sellers who want to pick their broker. But, with prices and services varying by state and brokers that might not be nearby, it might not suit everyone. It's a decent choice if you value transparency, but consider other options if local expertise and consistent fees are important to you.

Pros

  • Transparent brokerage
  • Widely available
  • Competitive pricing

Cons

  • Limited local expertise
  • Service is inconsistent between states

Flat Fee Group offers a range of packages tailored to the needs of FSBO sellers. These packages vary by state and broker, but here's a general overview of what you might find:

Its basic, entry-level option lists your home on the MLS. It typically includes the listing with photos and basic MLS exposure. Ideal for sellers confident in handling the sales process themselves.

An upgraded package might add more photos, featured listing status, and additional marketing tools like yard signs and lockboxes. Suited for sellers seeking extra visibility.

Pros

  • You work directly with a state broker.
  • You get good customer service.
  • All plans allow the maximum number of photos.

Cons

  • MLS Only plan costs more than some competitors.
  • Extra charges at closing can be high.

Flat Fee Group itself doesn't have aggregated online reviews due to its structure as a collective of independent brokers. To gauge service quality, you'll need to search for reviews of the specific broker assigned to your state.

Typically, broker profiles on Flat Fee Group include a Zillow star rating or Better Business Bureau badge, but direct links to reviews may not work. Instead, copy the broker’s name into a search engine to find their individual reviews.

Our research into several state-specific brokers revealed generally positive feedback, with most earning between four and five stars on platforms like Zillow or Google Reviews. However, availability and quantity of reviews can vary, with brokers in areas like Utah and North Dakota having fewer reviews.

Reviews

Fizber shines as a cost-effective, straightforward platform for FSBO sellers aiming for MLS listings with various service levels. While the low upfront costs are appealing, mixed reviews about customer service and aggressive sales tactics are worth considering. Before deciding, compare Fizber with other services to find the best match for your selling needs and preferences.

Pros

  • Cost-effective
  • User-friendly
  • Listings get good visibility

Cons

  • Mixed service reviews
  • Aggressive sales
  • Limited support

Fizber's service offerings focus on providing FSBO sellers with a platform to list their properties on the MLS through various packages, each designed to enhance visibility and streamline the selling process.

Digital Boost ($95). Offers basic MLS listing services, open house promotion, and listing on Redfin, suitable for those seeking essential exposure.

MLS Boost ($270). As their most popular choice, this package includes everything from the Digital Boost plus enhanced MLS listing features, syndication to major real estate websites like Zillow and Trulia, up to 6 MLS photos, and a 6-month listing duration.

Premium MLS Boost ($295). Builds on the MLS Boost with priority listing placement on Fizber's website, a featured property banner, and the option for a virtual tour on the MLS. This package aims for maximum visibility with unlimited photos and extends your listing for up to 12 months.

Fizber charges an additional 0.5% at closing in CO, ND, SD, and WY.

Fizber has a 3.21 average rating across 100+ customer reviews.

Customers report mixed experiences with Fizber, praising its cost savings and listing visibility but critiquing its customer service and aggressive sales tactics.

While many find value in avoiding traditional realtor fees and enhancing their listing's exposure, concerns about support and upselling highlight the need for careful consideration before using the service.

$299 Get Listed package: Best for smaller homes

Pros

  • Gets your home on the MLS
  • Online customer service

Cons

  • Not many pictures
  • No refunds for cancellation

The Get LISTED package includes 6–10 photos (depending on the state) for $299. It publishes your listing on the MLS and major real estate websites like Zillow and Realtor.com, as well as ISoldMyHouse.com, for six months. That should be enough time for most home sellers to find a buyer.

Having only 6–10 photos isn't a lot, so this package is best for smaller homes without many features to highlight. You'll want to upgrade to the next package if your home has multiple bedrooms, a backyard, and a basement or attic.

$399 Get Sold package: Best for larger homes

Pros

  • Fairly priced
  • Max photos allowed by MLS
  • Extended 12-month listing term in some states

Cons

  • Little support
  • Limited add-on options

The Get SOLD package offers a 6- or 12-month (depending on the state) listing on the MLS, major real estate websites, and ISoldMyHouse.com. It includes 25 or more photos (also depending on the state) for $399.

Since pictures play a major role in making buyers interested, these additional photos are probably worth the extra $100 if you have enough space or amenities to justify them.

That said, if you're tempted to upgrade your package for the longer listing time, we wouldn't recommend it. FSBO statistics show that FSBO homes spend a median time of just one week on the market, so if you have your house listed for a full year without any takers, you likely need help from an agent.

Additional services

Cash offers: ISoldMyHouse.com lets you request a free cash offer within 48 hours by filling out a short form. The offer may be lower than what you’d get on the open market, but there’s no obligation to accept.

Agent referrals: If you decide FSBO isn’t for you, the company can connect you with a full-service partner agent. However, it doesn’t disclose how much these agents charge, so it’s hard to evaluate the value. If you’re interested in working with a discounted full-service agent, consider comparing top-rated discount brokers that are upfront about their fees.

Things to know before listing with ISoldMyHouse.com

You may pay extra in certain states. In minimum service states like Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, and Nebraska, you could be charged additional fees. That’s because state laws require brokers to offer specific services — like contract help or negotiation support — that aren’t included in ISoldMyHouse.com’s base packages. These services are usually handled by a third-party broker the company refers you to.

Add-on options are limited and not always worth it. ISoldMyHouse.com sells yard signs ($75 for one, $140 for two) and lockboxes ($50 for one, $90 for two), plus a one-month featured listing on its site for $25. But relatively few buyers use ISoldMyHouse.com to search for homes, so that extra visibility may not do much.

You might be referred to a partner broker. In some states — including Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont — ISoldMyHouse.com connects sellers with Get LISTED Realty, a brokerage with the same owner. In other states, the company partners with outside brokers. Service quality can vary, so check who you’ll be working with and read reviews before committing.

Will ISoldMyHouse.com actually save me money?

All flat fee FSBO services claim to save you money by eliminating the seller's agent fee, but whether you actually save money or not depends on a variety of factors.

ISoldMyHouse.com is not the cheapest flat fee MLS company, but the $299–399 fee is certainly more affordable than the usual 2.5–3% real estate agent commission paid to seller's agents. However, a substantially lower sale price could negate all those savings.

On average, FSBO homes sell for $55,000 less than agented homes.[1] You also may pay the buyer’s agent commission. With that in mind, you should carefully consider all expenses and potential losses that may outweigh the savings of not paying a seller’s agent commission.

ISoldMyHouse.com has earned an average customer rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars across major review platforms like Google, BBB, and Yelp.

Most reviewers highlight the platform’s simplicity, helpful support team, and major commission savings. However, some buyers report communication issues and unexpected experiences when working with third-party brokers. Below, we break down the most recent review themes.

✅ Easy-to-use platform and smooth sale process

Many reviewers found ISoldMyHouse.com’s listing process intuitive and straightforward, even for first-time FSBO sellers. The platform provides a clear form to fill out, and users appreciated the ability to make listing updates easily.

“The process of listing my house was very easy and straightforward… We did hire a closing attorney to review all documents. We saved $24,000 by not paying a listing agent.” — Kathryn M., BBB, 2023

“You simply fill all the requested fields and they do the rest… Realtors informed me that our listing appeared like all others.” — David D., Google, 2023

✅ Big savings on commission

A major draw of ISoldMyHouse.com is the potential to save thousands in agent commissions. Many reviewers said they saved $15,000 or more by handling the sale themselves, often by paying only a buyer’s agent.

“I saved 15k selling my condo… It was a really good experience and I’d recommend them without hesitation.” — Michele C., Google, 2023

“For this minimal work I saved roughly $17,000.” — Neil M., BBB, 2025

“We appreciated keeping $21,660 of our own hard-earned equity by selling ourselves!” — Dawn B., BBB, 2023

✅ Responsive and helpful customer service

Several reviewers praised the company’s support team for quick, thorough responses to questions — especially via email. Some called it a standout part of the service.

“Whenever I had a question they got back to me within the same day, which nowadays is unheard of.” — Michele C., Google, 2023

“The customer service was amazing and very prompt!” — Kathryn M., BBB, 2023

“All communication with ISoldMyHouse.com was met with a prompt response.” — Dawn B., BBB, 2023

⚠️ Issues with communication

While most reviews are positive, a few customers had poor experiences when referred to third-party brokers. These reviews mention a lack of responsiveness and confusion over fees or expectations.

“They lied to us just to get us to sign their agreement… then shut down our listing and told us we will not refund your money.” — Greg T., Yelp, 2023

“Non-responsive! I have sent multiple contact requests over several weeks… a total and complete waste of my time.” — Bryan T., Google, 2023

If you’re referred to a partner broker through ISoldMyHouse.com, it’s a good idea to look up that broker’s reputation and reviews before moving forward.

Bottom line: Do we recommend ISoldMyHouse.com?

We recommend ISoldMyHouse.com for FSBO sellers who are comfortable with managing their own home sale but don’t require a lot of add-on options.

We don’t recommend ISoldMyHouse.com if you need more support, as it is relatively limited in that capacity. We also don’t recommend it if you're a seasoned FSBO seller wanting the cheapest option or a customized add-on selection.

Top alternative: Discount brokers

While ISoldMyHouse.com also offers to pair you with a partner agent who will work for a discounted fee, we'd recommend you go with a discount broker instead. These companies provide that same service, but it's the primary focus of their business, making it likely that’s where you’ll find the best deals.
