- ISoldMyHouse.com is a solid option for new for sale by owner (FSBO) sellers who want a straight-forward platform to sell their house.
- It’s not the cheapest flat fee MLS option.
- It has limited add-ons available.
ISoldMyHouse.com is a licensed flat fee MLS broker operating in 49 states (everywhere but North Dakota). It offers two flat fee MLS packages to FSBO sellers: Get Listed and Get Sold.
Get Listed includes a 6-month listing on the MLS and major real estate websites like Zillow and Trulia for $299. This package allows for 6–10 photos, depending on the state.
Get Sold offers the same features as Get Listed, but includes 25 or more photos — whatever the state maximum allows.
ISoldMyHouse.com also offers to connect sellers with a partner agent or cash buyer if the FSBO process seems too difficult.
Unfortunately, ISoldMyHouse.com is relatively limited with the add-on options it provides to FSBO sellers. For example, it doesn’t provide a comparative market analysis or contract negotiation support. It’s also not the cheapest option relative to competitors with similar packages.
Overall, ISoldMyHouse.com is a simple-to-use service, but there may be cheaper or better options depending on your circumstances.
If you’re interested in having more support while still achieving great savings, consider using a low commission real estate agent instead.
Pros and cons of ISoldMyHouse.com
ISoldMyHouse.com provides a straightforward service for a price that’s comparable to its competitors, but there aren’t many things that put it ahead of the competition.
|✅ ISoldMyHouse.com pros||❌ ISoldMyHouse.com cons|
|Easy-to-use service||Limited add-on options|
|Competitive pricing||Not the cheapest|
|Available in 49 states||No refunds|
Is ISoldMyHouse.com legit?
Yes, ISoldMyHouse.com has been a real estate website since 1997. The owner, Kris Lippi, is a U.S. Air Force veteran and real estate broker who also owns Get LISTED Realty.
Get LISTED Realty provides real estate services to customers of ISoldMyHouse.com in Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. It has broker-to-broker partner agreements in all other states (except North Dakota) to connect you with an agent that will get you on the MLS.

Should I sell my home with ISoldMyHouse.com?
If you’re familiar with the home-selling process but are new to FSBO listings, ISoldMyHouse.com is a good option for you. It’s simple and easy to use, the pricing is competitive, and it’s offered in every state but North Dakota.
That said, if you are a seasoned FSBO seller, you might look for alternatives that are cheaper or have more add-ons. If you’re an inexperienced seller, you probably want more support than ISoldMyHouse.com offers in its flat fee MLS packages.
We encourage you to consider working with a discount broker like Clever Real Estate if you would like more support selling your home while still maintaining great savings. Clever charges just $3,000 or 1% for homes that sell for more than $350,000 and provides great service across the nation.
How does ISoldMyHouse.com compare to top competitors?
Like other flat fee MLS services, ISoldMyHouse.com offers multiple packages to list your home on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and elsewhere. It probably won’t be the cheapest option in most states — especially in minimum service states where additional fees may be required.

- Prices vary a lot by state
- Available nationwide
- Service varies by location
Flat Fee Group’s pricing and service varies a lot by state. While in some states it’s a good deal, for most an alternative service will offer better value for money.
- Available nationwide
- Prices vary a lot between states
- Service is inconsistent between states
✅ Best for vetting brokers
Flat Fee Group is an organization of brokers who offer flat fee MLS services. Its services and prices vary from state to state, which means you’ll have to look into its offerings in your state to decide if it’s right for you.
One benefit of Flat Fee Group is you know exactly who you’re working with from the get go, whereas this information is obscured with other competitors until later in the process.

- Well-known, established service
- Offers MLS package
- Easy to use
FSBO.com’s MLS package is a competitively priced option for experienced FSBO sellers looking for a no-frills offering.
The company’s FSBO package isn’t worth the fee. Both options are available nationwide.
- Provides online exposure and an option to list on your local MLS
- Easy-to-use website offers supplemental materials like yard signs and legal forms in one convenient place
- Brokers may charge additional fees outside of advertised pricing
- MLS services are outsourced to independent brokers, so quality of service is inconsistent
✅ Best Redfin option
FSBO.com offers a $99.95 option that includes a Redfin and FSBO.com listing. This is one of the few ways to get on Redfin without being required to list on the MLS. That said, we generally encourage FSBO sellers to list on the MLS, as that is where the majority of homes that sell are found.
FSBO.com’s $399.95 option includes an MLS listing, but there are better options available for most FSBO sellers.

- National coverage
- Great customer service
- Offers MLS package
Fizber has some solid deals – but they’re state-specific and you need to contact Fizber directly for details (we recommend the pop-up chat box).
We don’t recommend using Fizber’s agent-matching or free CMA service.
- Great customer support
- Free Fizber listing showcases your home
- Fair prices
- You can’t vet brokers beforehand
- Can’t see which states offer more photos or longer listing terms without asking the chat
- Farms out some services to Sold.com, which we have negatively reviewed

✅ Best for free online listing and quick MLS listing
Fizber offers a free listing on its site that allows unlimited photos. This is a nice way to gain exposure for your listing without adding to your budget.
It also has MLS listing packages for $295–395, which are fair prices for comparable services with its competitors.

How much does ISoldMyHouse.com cost?
|Package||Price||👍 Recommended for||👎 Not recommended for|
|Get Listed||$299||Small homes or rentals||Larger properties or inexperienced sellers|
|Get Sold||$399||Larger homes or with many amenities||Small properties or inexperienced sellers|
$299 Get Listed package: Best for smaller homes
👍 What we like:
- Gets your home on the MLS
- Online customer service
- Available in every state but ND
👎 What we don’t like:
- Not many pictures
- No refunds for cancellation
The Get Listed package includes 6–10 photos (depending on the state) for $299. It publishes your listing on the MLS and major real estate websites like Zillow and Realtor.com, as well as ISoldMyHouse.com, for six months. For most home sellers, that should be more than enough time to find a buyer.
Having only 6–10 photos isn’t a lot, so this package is definitely best for smaller homes without a ton of features to highlight. If you’ve got multiple bedrooms, a backyard, and a basement or attic, you’ll definitely want to upgrade to the next package.
This package is available in every state but North Dakota currently.
$399 Get Sold package: Best for larger homes
👍 What we like:
- Fairly priced
- Max photos allowed by MLS
- Extended 12-month listing term in some states
👎 What we don’t like:
- Little support
- Limited add-on options
The Get Sold package offers a 6- or 12-month (depending on the state) listing on the MLS, major real estate websites, and ISoldMyHouse.com. It includes 25 or more photos (also depending on the state) for $399.
Since pictures play a major role in making buyers interested, these additional photos are probably worth the extra $100 if you have enough space or amenities to justify them.
That said, if you’re tempted to upgrade your package just for the longer listing time, we wouldn’t recommend it. FSBO homes spend a median time of just one week on the market, so if you have your house listed for a full year without any takers, you likely need help from an agent.
For sellers who just want a quick and easy sale, ISoldMyHouse.com also has a cash offer option. Just fill out the form and you’ll get a free offer within 48 hours.
This is likely to be a lower offer than an agent-assisted sale, but you’re not obligated to accept it if you don’t want to.
For sellers who want more support than the FSBO packages provide but more money than the cash offer, ISoldMyHouse.com offers to connect you with a partner agent.
These agents provide all the services of full-service agents but at a discounted rate relative to their usual commission.
Since ISoldMyHouse.com doesn’t actually say what its agents’ discount is, we can’t really recommend this option. But, if this option is appealing to you, you might want to try Clever.
Clever also provides full-service agents but is upfront with its pricing — just $3,000 or 1% for homes over $350,000.
Things to know before choosing to list with ISoldMyHouse.com
Additional charges in minimum service states
Certain states legally require MLS companies to provide a standard minimum of service. These minimum services sometimes involve more than the packages offer, which may result in additional fees being charged.
Minimum service states include:
Limited add-on options
ISoldMyHouse.com only offers yard signs and lockboxes as add-ons. Lockboxes are available for $50 each or $90 for two. Yard signs are $75 each or $140 for two.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide a comparative market analysis or offer negotiation support.
It does, however, offer a one-month featured listing for $25. However, our Data Center recently surveyed 1,000 American home buyers and found only 10% of people looked at ISoldMyHouse.com when searching for properties, so that’s probably not worth your money.
You may get referred to a partner broker
If you want to work with a discounted, full-service agent, ISoldMyHouse.com will connect you with a Get LISTED agent in the following states:
- New York
- New Hampshire
- Rhode Island
Since Get LISTED Realty is owned by the same person as ISoldMyHouse.com, we assume these agents are well-vetted and will provide good service to their customers.
Partner agents are available in every state other than North Dakota, but it’s more difficult to vet these partners. You could end up with worse service than you’d hoped — the negative reviews suggest this is the case sometimes.
Will ISoldMyHouse.com actually save me money?
All flat fee FSBO services claim to save you money by eliminating the seller’s agent fee, but whether you actually save money or not depends on a variety of factors.
ISoldMyHouse.com is not the cheapest flat fee MLS company, but the $299–399 fee is certainly cheaper than the usual 2–3% seller’s agent commission. However, a substantially lower sale price could negate all those savings.
On average, FSBO homes sell for 5.5% less than agented homes. You also still need to pay buyer’s agent commission most likely. With that in mind, you should carefully consider all expenses and potential losses that may outweigh the savings of not paying a seller’s agent commission.
Most reviews are positive for ISoldMyHouse.com, but there are conflicting views on the customer service — positive reviews liked the service, and negative reviews didn’t.
The majority of the positive reviews did mention the savings, however, so there is at least a consistent belief that you can actually save money using this service.
🌟 Great savings
James S. and Jeff B. both recommend ISoldMyHouse.com based on the ease of use and the substantial savings they believe they achieved by using this service.
🚨 Service concerns
The positive reviews far outweigh the negative ones, but the negative reviews seem to consistently focus on issues with the service.

Bottom line: Do we recommend ISoldMyHouse.com?
We recommend ISoldMyHouse.com for FSBO sellers who are comfortable with managing their own home sale but don’t require a lot of add-on options.
We don’t recommend ISoldMyHouse.com if you feel you need more support, as it is relatively limited in that capacity. We also don’t recommend it if you’re a seasoned FSBO seller who wants the absolute cheapest option or a customized add-on selection.
What are some good alternatives to ISoldMyHouse.com?
Other flat fee MLS services
|Fizber||Free–$395||Free Fizber listing||Options vary by state|
|Homecoin||$95–3,000||Cheap, lots of add-on options||Only available in 7 states|
|FSBO.com||$99.95–399.95||Easy-to-use website||Not the cheapest option|
While ISoldMyHouse.com also offers to pair you with a partner agent that will work for a discounted fee, we’d recommend you go with a discount broker instead. These companies offer that same service, but it’s the primary focus of their business, making it likely that’s where you’ll find the best deals.
|Redfin||1.5%||Available nationwide||High volume agents may affect service|
|Ideal Agent||2%||Experienced agents||Higher fee|
|Clever||1% or $3,000||Lowest fees and multiple agents to pick from||Agents may not offer extras, like drone photography|
There are a number of good options out there for discount brokers, but we think Clever is the best discount broker available. It offers high quality service across the nation, and usually provides this great service for the lowest fee.
You can try Clever for free with no upfront fees or obligations!
Is ISoldMyHouse.com legit?
Yes, ISoldMyHouse.com has been a legally established real estate website since 1997. It offers two flat fee MLS packages, as well as a cash offer option or full-service agents through a partner agent program.
Should I use ISoldMyHouse.com to sell my house?
ISoldMyHouse.com is a solid option for semi-experienced sellers who want to try selling without an agent. However, experienced for sale by owner (FSBO) sellers might find better deals elsewhere, and we recommend sellers who want more support to consider discount brokerages instead.
