Under any plan, you’ll be listed on your local MLS and on major real estate websites (like Zillow and Realtor.com). You can update or change your listing information at any time for free, and you’ll also enjoy reasonably long listing terms (6 to 12 months).
List With Freedom isn’t well suited for first-time FSBO sellers. It does offer closing and negotiating assistance but at outrageously marked-up prices. Another major drawback is that its two most affordable plans don’t allow enough photos: Silver will give you one photo per listing, while Gold will give you six.

It’s important to note that each plan includes one MLS listing, not multiple. If you want your home to be listed on more than one MLS, you’ll pay $99 for each additional listing. This is significant for FSBO sellers located around more than one major real estate market (for example, living between St. Paul and Minneapolis), as you’ll likely want to be listed on as many as you can.
Sellers should also be aware that marketing will fall solely on them. List With Freedom won’t help you craft your listing description, get professional photography, stage your home, or help find buyers. This would be a Silver plan ($89) with maximum photos added ($99). That’s slightly below the range expected of an MLS listing service (roughly $200–300).
The fact that you can make free unlimited changes gives it a leg up on other FSBO companies, who typically charge a fee for each session of edits. But beyond these essentials, List With Freedom’s pricing can be wildly overinflated: the same services can be found on other MLS sites for cheaper rates. If you want to cancel your listing, you won’t have to pay a fee, but you won’t get a refund either.

Nearly all reviewers, even the negative ones, agreed that the listing process is very fast: most properties are listed within 48 hours. But changes take a long time to implement, with some reviewers complaining that it took up to 8 days before their revisions were public.
There were frequent complaints over how cumbersome it was to get the right documents, sign them, and have them approved, as well as that the dashboard was clumsy.
